Who is Eligant?
Eligant is the tradename of Vinosol Ltd.
We offer a monthly wine and tapas subscription whereby we send you 2 or 4 bottles of delicious Mediterranean wine paired to your taste, by post each month. You can also add our artisan tapas to your monthly subscription.
We have tasted and tested all the wine we offer. We handpicked the most delicious ones!
We encourage you to learn more about wine, glass after glass. We believe we have created great content and presented it in a way easy to follow and exciting to read. Go to our Discover section and explore:

Our members have exclusive access to our videos created by our wine expert. You can learn about wine in an easy way. Each wine comes with its own tasting note and we invite you to give it a go, create your own notes and rate your wine.
Do I have to be a certain age to purchase a wine subscription from Eligant?
Yes indeed. We take this very seriously and all customers must be over the age of 18.
What is Eligant Quiz?
Wine can be complicated.
We built a simple Eligant Quiz to help you understand your tastebuds.
You run through a few questions while tasting a bottle to understand a wine’s individual characteristics.
When will I receive my first delivery?
You’ll normally receive your first delivery of wine within 2-3 working days of completing checkout.
When will I receive subsequent subscription deliveries?
You’ll receive subsequent deliveries in the last week of each month.
Where can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your account. Pause or cancel at any time, no questions asked.
Can I gift someone a subscription?
How can I pay for my wine subscription?
How and when will I be charged for my wine subscription?
When you first join the subscription you will be charged on the day your order is confirmed. Every monthly subscription box after that will be processed on the same date in each subsequent month thereafter.
For gift subscriptions (for example 3 months), you will pay the full amount (for the 3 months) on the day of the purchase and that is it. No further charges will be processed.
Can I re-order the wines that I love online!?
Absolutely. Visit our online shop and as a member you will receive a 10% discount on our wine and tapas. Enjoy!
How will I know my order is being processed?
You will receive an email from the Eligant team shortly after your purchase confirming your order. If something doesn’t look right let us know straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org
If I never receive my order confirmation what do I do?
Send the Eligant team an email at email@example.com. We will get back to you asap.
Where does Eligant deliver to?
At present we only deliver to the mainland UK. Some remote addresses will incur a 15% fee. See below for a list of remote postcodes.
Which remote postcodes incur an extra delivery fee?
The following postcodes may incur a 15% delivery cost on top of the subscription price: BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, and ZE.
If I don’t like the look of a wine, can I get a refund?
Sure. As long as the wine is unopened and the label is undamaged. All you need to do is send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating why you want the refund and send the wine back to us within 15 days of receipt per below:

How long will it take to process a refund?
Eligant will ensure the refund is processed within 30-days
Are there delivery costs for wine and tapas shop?
For orders below £50, a £6.20 delivery fee per order will be added to the purchase of one-off orders.
If your order is £50 or higher no delivery fee is charged.
My friend gave me a referral code. How do I use it?
That´s amazing, we are so happy they recommended us!
All you’ve got to do to use the referral code is enter it at checkout. Just get started as a normal sign up and you will see the field to enter it in, and it will apply the sweet referral discount to your first box.
Normal T&C’s apply, like the referral can only be used once and it must be used by the same email it was sent to, etc., all standard stuff that you can check out in the referral email.
