AMOROSO SHERRY- half bottle
Blend of Oloroso aged for 15 years and PX, aged together for 4 years in old American oak butts
A light and dry sparkling wine with a definite floral character. This wine is subtle enough to be versatile and could accompany a light starter but is equally lovely drunk by itself as an aperitif. There’s a depth of flavour and texture derived from the time on the lees and a richness of fruit. The wine has a delicious, dry and fresh finish.

EL MAESTRO SIERRA
The sherry wines from Maestro Sierra are made in extremely old barrels, moved using traditional, manual siphoning, settled by years in barrel and finally, bottled unfiltered and without sulphur.
Some of their practices (and the resulting wines) sit outside the more traditional rules for sherry, but the Consejo Regulador (regulatory body) recognises the unique nature of the wines and correctly grants them some exceptions to the rules. The classic range of Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, Amoroso, and PX are all great examples and genuine treasures of the wine world…
