ARTISAN CURED MANCHEGO CHEESE – 250G

RH Gourmet Manchego cheese is made with a careful selection of unpasteurised sheep milk and undergoes a rigorous quality control with a maturation period of about 4 months.

The aroma is sweet with buttery and nutty notes. The flavour is round, savoury with traces of herbal and roasted hazelnut. On the palate it has a dry texture.

Remove from packaging and leave at room temperature for about 30 mintures before serving.
