RH Gourmet Iberian Chorizo is naturally cured for about 6 months, resulting in a natural product, with a fine texture and an exquisite mild flavour due to its minimal preservatives.
It is produced based on the selection of the best lean Iberian pork from the acorn campaign and marinated with the best spices (Denomination of Origin smoked paprika from La Vera, garlic, sea salt…)
