THE STORY
BODEGAS COSECHEROS & CRIADORES
“Cosecheros y Criadores” simply means “Growers and Agers”. However these are historic terms. The use of which signifies the smaller production and higher quality that you get from dedicated vine growers (Cosecheros) and smaller ageing bodegas (Criadores). Like the wineries of Rioja, which was highly influenced by the use of barrels in Bordeaux, this bodega uses oak judiciously to enhance the beautiful fruit.
This traditional yet technologically advanced winey uses state-of-the-art equipment to produce these stunning wines and and over 6,000 American and French oak barrels to give varying styles of maturation to its wines. The range of wines will please all fans of oak and winemaking, satisfying those after more traditional styles and those looking for the modern use of French oak.
